Root Canals

Ok so just introduce yourself. Hello my name is Ed. So Ed how did you feel about going to the dentist in your experiences before coming to Dr. Stephen Matarazzo? Well before I went I was scared, I did not know what to expect, and then the first thing I had done was a root canal, and then after that – I was I had another thing done with Dr. Stephen Matarazzo’s father. From then he referred me and I was still sacred to show up until I had one of my teeth fixed and I felt accountable in going. Then he gave me different options, to do and I waited it out and I was trying to hold out as much as I can to save my teeth and get to the point where I could not even chew spaghetti anymore. I had a couple of things done and I had to make up a decision, so I decided to have it done and I was still scared – it was a long process, but now, I feel great, I feel better – I smile and I am more outgoing and I feel much better, and hat is the best thing I have ever done – it is the best thing I have invested in next to my house – it is right up there. Okay Ed so here is your after picture. Wow! Amazing right? Wow really what do you think about that? It is great, really great – compared to before? Oh I would not not be smiling before. Oh yeah? That is amazing – I would never be smiling. You look great, good job! Yeah that is weird; I usually never smile like that even before. Yeah you cover up your mouth not like now.

Hi this is Dr. Stephen Matarazzo and this is one of our favorite patients Dan Zep. He is a former Boston college football star and good friend. I am going got pull a fast one on him, I am going to show him pictures of what he looked like the day he came in. what do you think of that? Scary – absolutely – I think I was in a completely different place my teeth had been bothering me for years, in terms of root canals and having to do and having to have every few years having to have my root canal reupholstered hat worked while I was younger and while I was playing football and as I got older and then moved into a more professional career  that needed solid teeth and I had to worry about my dental background – it was something I really needed to take more seriously and now, form then to now it looks completely different and I look more confident professional and the work that I went to I feel better about meeting someone for the first time. Confident with that smile vs. before what I had to worry about – will my teeth be the same colour or they might not be a straight as I would like so I have come a long way in that regard and I feel very positive about my experience with Dr. Stephen Matarazzo. He has been a friend a support and ally, and him and his staff have been one thing but supportive form day 1 – helped me financially take care of my teeth and helped me consistently keep my teeth healthy which I contribute to my professionalism and the work I went into. I wish I was working with a lot of people so it is really important that I look my best so thank you Dr. Stephen Matarazzo. You are welcome, I am looking at that picture and you have been doing a lot of work in the last coupe of years. How any ponds do you think you have lost. Oh geez from this picture I would say from both of these pictures – at one point I was 290 pounds. A football player. Some of these pictures I am 260 pounds, I am around 230 pounds now again something that went along with my teeth in terms of caring about the way I look, taking care of myself overall keeping a healthy body which I think starts with the teeth.
